I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and well-kept with fluffy fresh towels and a comfortable King bed, along with nice showers, which was great. However, there was a hiccup with my reservation for a King bed, even though it was handled in a joking manner, and some services like dry cleaning and shops were lacking. On the bright side, I was welcomed with a nice drink upon arrival.

My stay at the hotel was truly enjoyable. The location is superb, right across the park and close to many stores. The rooms were kept clean and had fluffy fresh towels, plus the showers were nice too. However, there was a mishap with the reservation, but the dry cleaning service and welcome drink were nice touches. Despite the need to rely on shuttle or cab, the hotel is a good choice for its value for money.
